Best for value for money. The best-value Mac for video editing is the Mac mini. If the iMac and iMac Pro are too expensive you're going to have to start to look at Apple's consumer range.

I have a Go Pro 3+ and have no desire to change. I have around 34 successful You Tube videos but something peculiar has happened to me twice.
I almost always shoot 1080P 60 fps, use Quick to take my videos from by GoPro to my ((one year old) iMac, and use Go Pro Studio to do my editing. Twice now my videos videos only show up on YouTube with around the first 1/3 of the video and the last 2/3 is missing. I have gone back to review my video and it is all there but still missing the last 2/3 on You Tube. On the first video I tried uploading it again and got the same result on you Tube.
What is going on? What did I do wrong? I did the same for those that I did for the other 32 videos. I love you videos. I agree with everything you said.
I have 8g ram & only 250gb SSD. When I edit it's good fast with shorter videos but longer videos its not so fast when you have to render. And when I'm making edits on fcpx it takes all my storage, I hate it! ( I wish I would of gotten the bigger SSD,ahhhhhh!) lol! When you only have so much of storage and you need more you can plug in that external HD but I don't like to walk around with that USB cord hanging out the side ( scared it will break ) because then I have to worry about my kids jumping or crashing right next to me when I'm editing on my comfy bed or sitting down on the couch hoping that they don't hit that cord handing out.
